Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used soaps and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

When appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Handmade Product Variations

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, shape, scent, texture, and appearance may naturally occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or the issue was caused by Monnéra Pure Essence.
